How to Start

Every Saturday we offer a free CrossFit class held at 9am. Please show up early to fill out a waiver.


Each new athlete must complete our introductory classes. They are 3-4 sessions that can be done privately or semi-priavately (up to 3 people) with a coach completed onsite. The goal of the classes are to teach you the fundamental movements in a safe and controlled manner so when you join our regular CrossFit training sessions you feel comfortable with them as well as our environment. We care more about quality of movement than perceived effort. To start please email
