Competitive Programming


We offer free programming for individuals looking to become fitter in hopes to compete in the sport of CrossFit through our competitive website found here

We program with a cyclical based approach using strength/power progressions as well as energy system based conditioning. We strive to get better on a daily basis, not compete with others.

With all that said, the only thing required from you is POST your results in the comments section each day and enjoy.
